Clients submitting support tickets helps us to improve our reliability and customer service, as well as provide feedback quicker. By eliminating personal email traffic in favour of the ticketing system, we ensure speedy responses as well as increased efficiency and accountability.
How can I use it?
You can email your support request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply within working hours on workdays, but for emergencies we also have an emergency option on our office line (012 004 0066) that is accessible 24/7. This is for urgent outages that cannot wait until the next workday.
